The folks on Arfcom are helping each other out. I've never recieved one of their certificates for the reduced rate on memberships (dunno how?), but those that do are passing it on! Now is the time!

http://www.NRA-2013.org and get the $300 offer for family/friends (just login and select continue a couple of times)
NOTE: Available only to friends and family members who are not current members of the NRA.

Back in 08 they actual gave one year memberships away free to get their numbers up
