The Leupold Mark 5, which is the model that replaced this one is $1899 to $2199

The Mark 4 is no longer available from Leupold.

The Mark 4 was used by the US military from 1989 to present, so I thought this was an amazing deal. I wanted one but I was not willing to pay $1300 for it years ago.

So I thought a new military collectible at half price was something members might want. If that offends someone, I'm sorry.

One of the reason it’s $699 is it’s got a mil reticle with MOA turrets. Also second focal plane. It’s weight is about all it has going for it.
