This is the scope the military was using, good up to .50 cal.
Probably one of the best pieces of glass at this price, plus it is Milspec with a lifetime guarantee.

The Leupold Mark 5, which is the model that replaced this one is $1899 to $2199
The Mark 4 is no longer available from Leupold.
The Mark 4 was used by the US military from 1989 to present, so I thought this was an amazing deal. I wanted one but I was not willing to pay $1300 for it years ago.
So I thought a new military collectible at half price was something members might want. If that offends someone, I'm sorry.

One of the reason its $699 is its got a mil reticle with MOA turrets. Also second focal plane. Its weight is about all it has going for it.
