I already have a few of the 17round elanders. I was thinking of purchasing a few of the 20-30 round FDE lancer mags, anyone have any info on these? I know the Grendel really needs special mags to feed right. I just want some FDE mags to go with the color scheme I’m using on my rifle (I know I know it’s Gucci gun crap) any insight is appreciated.

If it isn't made for grendel it isn't going to work but with 5 or 6 rounds.

You could Duracoat/Ceracoat your elanders. I duracoated my Grendel magazines green to differentiate them from my other AR mags.

ASC will sell you FDE mags. Click on the mag you want, color is an option.

GI Mags don't have the right lip angle or body inside tolerance; It's not worth forcing the issue for color matching.

Brown cericoating can be done. High end brown paint is even cheaper.

I'm not aware of anyt translucent Grendel mags - which is a shame.

I went ahead and bought a cerakote spray rig and a few colors including fde. Maybe one day we can get translucent mags. Sure looks cool on my socom
