I already have a few of the 17round elanders. I was thinking of purchasing a few of the 20-30 round FDE lancer mags, anyone have any info on these? I know the Grendel really needs special mags to feed right. I just want some FDE mags to go with the color scheme Im using on my rifle (I know I know its Gucci gun crap) any insight is appreciated.

If it isn't made for grendel it isn't going to work but with 5 or 6 rounds.

You could Duracoat/Ceracoat your elanders. I duracoated my Grendel magazines green to differentiate them from my other AR mags.

GI Mags don't have the right lip angle or body inside tolerance; It's not worth forcing the issue for color matching.
Brown cericoating can be done. High end brown paint is even cheaper.
I'm not aware of anyt translucent Grendel mags - which is a shame.

I went ahead and bought a cerakote spray rig and a few colors including fde. Maybe one day we can get translucent mags. Sure looks cool on my socom
