Yes it sounds like it would be ideal for this build. Unfortunately it is still on backorder. I am still waiting on a gasblock and tube. Just ordered some horndady black. That became available. I am probably gonna start my build this weekend. I am gonna have to throw my lilja in the freezer. Frankly i am pleased with how tightly that fit appears it is going to be.

Great choice with the Lilja barrel.
I have 2 of them and 18" is holding 1 MOA with Wolf steel.

Its going to take severe mistakes to NOT end up with a shooter.

Well looks like my build is shootable ! Been spending like crazy. And finding some shootables occasionally. Still have to zero the scope and break in the barrel a little before i get into some load development. Still looking for primers but should have enough to get a load together.

Aero precision adjustable gas block
Lower is my colt cr6920 mps with included bcg.
Upper is aero m4e1
Handguard is a 15" stngr
Weaver mount
Leupold vx-freedom ar 4-12×40 30mm -223 bdc
Blue force gear sling and chinese knockoff bipod
Its not all top shelf but i feel everything is fairly decent quality.
I will be changing some things around like a new trigger when they become available but for now it is finished.
