a couple weeks ago i dropped my prs rifle on the concrete floor! It landed on the scope ocular end and badly bent it. Called Vortex they were great asked what happened sent me a shipping label and with in ONE week a new Diamond back tactical was in my hands. No BS warranty is the best that's why I am Vortex nation! thanks Vortex!

Glad to hear they're paying the shipping now, I've sent a couple back and have always had to pay that myself.

it depends who you talk to I believe... I've had it both ways over the years.

Same with Bushnell and Burris as well...
