ARP dude says "A 5.56 and a 6.8 can handle every possible need" on his website. For me, that indicates that I shouldn't believe anything he says on his website.
I almost bought one of his 22 Predators a while back. I was concerned with the fast twist (7.7?) even though he said it can do everything from 55 grains up. Another forum member with one tried 55 gr NBTVs and got great accuracy at 100 yards. But then he took them longer and they started spraying like you would expect a light varmint bullet to do at high RPMs.
So if you know you can't believe one thing, why should you believe anything.
Kind of like I won't believe anything from somebody who claims they "shoot knots" with russian steel case. Almost makes me believe someone who says that is a juvenile since an experienced shooter wouldn't make those claims and expect to have credibility.

If you talking about me on the knots yes that was an exaggeration. Hornady will shoot under 3/4 with some three shot groups touching and a fair amount in the 1/2 range. I just shoot it with thermal now so 1- 1 1/2 pairs is about the best I can do.

Ok - it's not easy to fess up to BS'ing. Welcome aboard. Keep it honest and you'll do just fine. But this isn't a crowd that tolerates BS.
I've seen some pretty impressive shooting with Hornady Steel Match. Unfortunately, it works like other Hornady products for me. Which means not well. Luckily the one product that does work for me is their Grendel brass.
I suspect any barrel in any caliber can be tight until properly broken in. I am no expert but from my build experience I have had some sticking issues that worked themselves out once the round count increased. And they have been different calibers as well as manufacturers.

Melglass, mybe you should go over to ar15dotcom and read there troubleshooting forum, It seams there are a lot of people having problems with there AR's from sticking ammo.
I don't shoot a lot of steel cased ammo, but shot a few this past weekend that I had on hand. Not a scientific demo by any stretch but shot this milk jug from 219 yards. Of 8 fairly quick shots from prone and an old towel for support, hit the jug 5 times with Wolf's steel cased 100 gr ammo. Later, was hitting a steel target like clockwork at 300 yards. 24" bull barrel. Certainly not knots, and not an ammo I'd do much hunting with, but fun to shoot at low cost.
