actually i am in the process of doing the final bedding and decided to throw a scope on it to see how the rings fit.
so, no range time yet

The barrel it's a 24" Krieger m40 profile.
Boyds stock, and bolt handle added by pierce engineering. I did the free float and am in the process of glass bedding. also did a trigger job on it. Optics were just put on for pic

How did you handle the magazine situation? I have played with Grendel rounds in my .223 Hawkeye and they just don't stay put.

I think you'll need to source a .243/.308 box and follower/spring. That's what I did in my bolt grendel. A .223 box is too narrow and squirts the rounds out. Richard

nope,we used either a .223 (.204) or a .22-250 magazine if i remember right, and a guy named Andrew Delikat at AD Arms tweaked it and it feeds fine.
