16" mid length build buffer recomendations

I am in search of recommendations for a new build I am adding to my Grendel lower. Although it is not a 6.5 I hope I can get some info. If I am violating any rules please remove post. The barrel is a 16" Faxon 1-8 twist 5.56. Adjustable SLR .750 gas block. Full mass carrier. Has a mid length gas system. Gas hole drilled in barrel is .076-.078" as close as I can measure with my calipers. Need to know what our knowledgeable members would use for buffer as a start point. Thank you

A5BLASTER, Thanks for the reply. I thought I might get a few other replies. My PF lower has a JP SCS in it now so I guess I will not need to change it. Was thinking of building another lower so wanted the input of a few members. Thanks again, John
