I take this stuff with a grain of salt. For example, it might seem odd for the Department of Agriculture to have weapons until you consider that Forest Rangers are the primary law enforcement agency for our National Forests and that's 8.5 percent of the area of the United States. NASA probably has an explanation for why they need to protect their stuff. The article could have a point about arming the SBA and Department of Education. Last I heard we aren't even allowed to talk about guns in our schools.
