savage 10 FCM 7.62x39 conversion to 6.5 Grendel

Just purchase a Savage 10 FCM for conversion to a grendel. Does the hoard have any recommendations for components for the conversion or gunsmiths that can do the work.

1. Barrel maker - preferably cut rifled
2. Stock
3 scope mounts / rings
4. muzzle break
5. Recommended powder for bolt gun
6. Primers

1. Pac-Nor "super match" barrel, button rifled, "Grendel Match" (.295" neck)
2. I kept the AccuStock...works fine
3. User preference; I used Talley Lightweight rings
4. No brake required...can shoot all day long
5. Depends upon what bullet you go with...right now I've using CFE223
6. CCI 450
