Response to first question: The .243 Win uses a .473 in bolt head. The Grendel uses the bolt head as the PPC & 7.62x39 (.441" + or -). There may be aftermarket bolts available as there are for the Savage. If not, a gunsmith can open a .223-family bolt to that diameter if the bolt is compatible with the rifle.
Response to second question: Pac_Nor (http://pac-nor.com/prefit/) offers prefit barrels for at least some Tikka models.
