You are referring to what is known as a "stop reamer" Dave Manson makes these in HSS with live pilots.
You would require the reamer and a T handle such that the work can be performed without disassembly. The body does not cut but will work with the pilot to guide the reamer to the center of the existing chamber/throat. It will not correct short neck chambers or insufficient radii at junctions.
Use a straight tapping oil for the work and go slowly with only light pressure.
