I have a Nordic Components and there HG are great price and rock solid. Some HG have tabs that are antirotaion tabs or some companies put them on there HG's to cover the seem. I have a few other new model HG's in the works that are super light weight and the tabs are being removed so they will work with Mega Arms SBU Uppers and upper like QA's. Like you pointed out, Seekins have the reduced front area on there billet upper so the HG I speaking of can fit but I like the Slick Side uppers without brass deflectors. I also use DPMS Low Profile Uppers and QA's is around that dimension.
Either way there are lots of choices but if you want a really smooth finish, different than most other peoples uppers, QA's has that. I like my MA SBU's with left charge, not trying to steal your trend RR
but everyone has something different to offer. This one has a 18" Liberty Barrel and a Yankee Hill HG.
