Tedward, I appreciate the review. What hand guard do you have it paired with? The reason I ask, is because most other billet side charged upper appear to be bulkier than say a lower profile billet upper, like Seekins for example. I am wanting to pair a side charged upper with a lower profile rail, particularly the new Noveske NSR rail, so I want to ensure that the upper is somewhat compatible without looking awkward. I also was wondering what lower is paired with your QA upper, as I am curious about the fit. Thanks in advance.
My point with Crosshill is that it also gets good reviews, BUT THEY OFFER A VOLUME DISCOUNT......their volume discount starts at 3x pieces ($40 off I beleive) and increases with more pieces. Maybe QA's product is that much better that they dont need to offer a discount. Seems like a number of people are interested, but sitting on the sidelines. I am very interested myself. I think a volume discount may get people motivated to buy. Then a few good reviews via word of mouth here on the forum (and others) may get others to pull the trigger.....after all, there are a bunch of new builds going on right now (given the Lilja and Liberty group buys). Like joker31 mentioned, there is usually a price for this type of advertising, which is a proven winner. Just ultimately trying to get a good deal for the forum members and also generate increased business for a grendel supporter.
