If you're on a tight budget, consider the AR Stoner (E.R. Shaw) 24" from Midway. The finish inside the bore was the finest I've ever gotten in an AR15 barrel. It comes with an AA bolt and it shoots an Amax 123 over 29gr of 8208 sub-MOA as long as I'm shooting in sub-MOA form.

You don't get the bragging rights of a higher priced barrel, but I'd venture that it is more accurate than I am. Shoots both the 100 and 120gr Nosler Ballistic Tips equally well with the right load and COL. Those three are all that I've tried through mine. I do intend to try some 140s ahead of AR-Comp as soon as I can pick some up. Recent results with AR-Comp suggest it will perform quite robustly with a slightly heavier bullet. We'll see...
