Sorry, but you are way off base.
Why use all that horsepower and burn your barrel after 2000 rounds when you can get there and have a barrel that will last 6000 + rounds.
Have you studied the 6.5 Grendel and have seen how efficient it is ? It is an amazing cartridge. Yes the 6.5x284 beats it hands down, but that is not what I'm talking about, it is about efficiency, what you put in for what you get out !
If I wanted a 6.5 that sent a 140 bullet at 3500 fps, that is a different thing, but that is not what I'm after.
