Hate to differ, but it makes all the sense, it depended on what your needs and wants are.

If you are looking for a range gun that won't burn barrels, give you enough speed to go supersonic at 1000 yards and is mild recoiling, than the 6.5 Grendel is for you. Might add the Grendel is a very accurate cartridge to boot.

If you are hunting or want more power, then no, it is not for you.
