The dimensions are not magic or secret, but the tolerancing could differ from the 5.56 standard. Just measuring a bolt and then copying to +/- could get you in trouble if the tolerances should be 0/-0.002. The sample bolt could also be at the far ends of acceptable tolerance range.

Does the SAAMI spec specify the entire bolt an extractor, or just chamber and head space?
