Don't even know where to begin.......Cali has the highest tax rates in the country and the state is SO far underwater because they keep pushing strong businesses and law biding tax payers out given continuos BS. It just doesn't stop. Tax revenue is going to continue to decline, which will only compound the budget issues. Our state legislators have to be the stupidest people on earth....seriously. I'd be gone in a second if it wasn't for my and wife's job.....definitely not retiring in Cali, that is for sure! I'm a disgusted Californian......embarassing to admit!
