You mean the Bay Area and Sacramento Californians? All major metropolitan areas in California are FSA havens. Those are exactly the areas that need to be isolated, and the others break away and form new States. California is way too big for its britches. Too many city-dwellers having disproportionate influence on State and Federal matters of importance, and gerrymandering effectively nullifying a conservative vote that out-populates all the surrounding States combined.
