Woke up to the news on Fox13 this AM. Hillsborough Co Commission is hiring an attorney to investigate the legality of a weapons, magazine, universal background check. Voted on 6-1 in favor of it. Man, I sure didn't see it coming this soon. I thought Florida was pretty pro-gun. More than 1 in 20 here have concealed carry permits. I've already fired off an e-mail to all 7 members listing multiple facts about the effects of weapons bans. Last but not least told them I would do everything possible to prevent/overturn such legislation including Political activism.
