Nobody would stay in Illinois if they could get out. They can only get 59 cents for their house, if they can find a buyer, so they can't aford to leave. One tax payer leaves the state every minute now. Don't take it out on the poor chaps that have been left behind to turn the lights out. Interesting things may happen as the same states that are causing all the problems are going to be insolvent soon. What will be the ramifications of that?
