Give 100 vehicles and 100 SAWs to 100 people with a drivers license and weapons training and I promise you I'm much more worried about the vehicles harming my family.
This, as is most things, a case where you can look at the surface and the SAWs are what you worry about, but once you take a second to look below the surface, analyze it just a bit, the facts show through both statistics and capabilities the vehicle is the more dangerous weapon. So lets ban all vehicle until which time they can drive themselves, because I don't want any "retards or nonretards" to harm my family.
