I resized new winchester 7.62x39 brass with no problems. Loaded up some test rounds. I took one outside to fire it to see how much case capacity changed after fireforming and click, no bang. The ejected round had no dent in the primer. Tried different cartridges, lowers (both Rock River). Took out the bolt and bolt carrier and the bolt seems very tight in the carrier, gas rings seem to not be smoothly sliding in there. Tried a different firing pin from 5.56 AR, no change.
Got a call in to AA, but curious about who can guess what's wrong first. Appreciate any advice on what to try, lube, polish, etc.
