By react, I meant work with. I wasn't worried about it harming aluminum and stainless, I was curious if it bonded to them as well as regular steel? That would be a good thing. I suppose we should throw chrome in there as well since a lot of folks are opting for chrome plated parts and there are certainly plenty of chrome lined barrels out there. The root of the question would be does it bond with metals as a result of chemical reaction, or does it just penetrate as far as the porosity of the metal allows? I emailed their contact address asking these questions and will report back what their response is.
