I see the ring, and I would seriously recommend sending it to Templar and letting them fix the chamber. Looks like a concentric bur was left in the chamber by the reamer. You don't want a case separation to result from where it is scribing the brass, because that is likely what will happen.
I have seen this happen with another manufacturer, and it needed fixing. Worst-case, you'll get a new barrel, but it looks like there is extra material that can be easily removed by a smith who knows how to maybe even hand-turn the reamer. Let them fix it.
