Every ATF and DOJ scumbag who supported Fast & Furious should be held criminally and personally liable as well.
The freaking Phoenix ASAC personally sold an FN FiveSeven pistol to a cartel straw buyer, and that handgun was found at the murder scene in Mexico.
He was already under internal investigation for rape/sexual assault of a female employee when he was the Los Angeles RAIC.
Just kept getting promoted or moved, eventually ending up at the Main Office in DC.
These are nothing more than criminals filling non-enumerated powers jobs in Federal agencies that would be repugnant to the Founders.
