Ruger or Howa Bolt Gun?

Thanks for your advice, I don’t know why I didn’t think of this method. As you suggested I put a new piece of starline brass under the extractor and pushed the ejector in while pushing the bolt closed. Once it lined up with the chamber it fed and the bolt closed easily.
I then did the same with Nemo PPU head stamped 120gr FMJ and the bolt closed easily. I will also use my modified case and comparator to check for jam for all the bullets I have on hand.

I have some 123gr SST reloads with and oal of 2.245 and there were no marks on the bullet once I overcame the stiff extractor issue. Thanks again.
