They just got curb-stomped in the US Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the judges are the ones who curb-checked them:

I listened to the actual court proceedings.
The judges dismantled the ATF arguments like a hyper dog with a new chew toy.
You could tell they werent even listening to his closing arguments, after he was humiliated trying to defend the ATF logic on frames and receivers.
