JJE Capital (Owners of PSA) bought Advanced Armament Co. after the Bankruptcy of Remington and itÂ’s subsidiaries. Jamin talked about this on a video at Shot Show and chose to use American Ammunition Co name since it used the AAC initials. Jamin said his goal was to sell ammunition and components to the citizens of the US so there would always be a supply in support of the second amendment. Jamin said Government can issue contracts large enough to limit ammo availability to the average citizen. Jamin said his company would not fill government contracts for ammunition. Some of the tooling from Advanced Armament Co. is being used to produce the current production PSA/AAC ammunition.
