I have some with the Larue and one with the Schmid. I like the Larue better than the Schmid, but I don't think there is a whole lot of difference between them in terms of trigger pull effort and accuracy potential. The big thing I notice different is that you can clearly feel the first stage of the Larue end and the start of the second phase, while the Schmid is much less obvious. I like the noticeable boundary between the stages especially when I am wearing gloves. That said, I think both are way better than the typical awful gummint trigger and the trigger feel is more a matter of preference than anything else.
