My thought process was perhaps the chamber had gotten rough or perhaps a carbon build up and was making it harder for the extraction process to occur and therefore throwing off the whole system.
I bought a Flex -Hone for 6.5 G http://www.brushresearch.com/brush-types.php?c1=4 and followed the instructions for honing the chamber. Can't say it did anything for this issue since it keeps happening.
