Never built an AR before, hoping to get started once I get a few more needed parts.

Lots of reputable sources for assembly. This website will can answer most questions. Brownells, Midway, and AR15.com have step by step instructions. Aero and most manufacturers want you to succeed with their builds and provide the nuances to assemble an accurate rifle. Good luck and post pictures.
