Looks like dirt or a bug. The splatter is below the holes so maybe you edged one as it flew close to the target.
Here's what shooting a March fly looks like. It landed on the target so too good to refuse. 223 out of an F-Class gun shooting prone from a rest. March flies are big, about the same size as a bee.
