Why was an armed person allowed to enter the Robb Elementary School unchallenged?

Well, guess what, Darrin, there was an SRO that indeed DID meet the shooter as he was entering the school. The shooter went right by him/her, followed by cops.

So, apparently, the school was "prepared" for an eventuality and the preparation flat out FAILED. The SRO had one job, to protect the kids, faculty, and staff and he utterly failed.

What is amazing is that the SRO (actual armed police officer) was at the back door where the shooter entered. I don't know about y'all, but I don't know of a single school that has SROs at every entrance.

While bad guys sometimes do go the other way when encountering people who are armed, giving up when they meet armed resistance, etc., that is only sometimes. Quite a few are more than willing to fight it out as this shooter was, as were the shooters at Columbine.

There was a coward SRO at Parkland as also, a well decorated SRO who not only hid, but hampered the response of responding officers.

Came to point this out as well. SRO let him in basically unchallenged.

On top of that, the local PD cordoned off and prevented parents from going in while they all listened to gunshots. They appeared to have tased a parent and put them on the ground.

A lot of the responding officers need to be placed on an extensive weight loss and PT program as well.

This whole incident reeks of missteps and outright seeming intent to fail at every aspect.

They also had a school shooting threat against this particular location not long ago, where Feds stated that they’re using AI to try to prevent such things.

The murderer also had mental illness issues with carving his own face up with a knife for fun, according to his friend, who distanced himself from him once he started acting crazy.

Grandparents complained of his drug use.

So many red flags.
