The difference between a noticeably average and top-shelf barrel only is a couple of hundred dollars. Not a lot in the scheme of things.
+1. You need accuracy, the $200 difference in the barrel will be more than compensated by the ammo you won't need to shoot in getting your good load. And the ammo savings will only get better from there. To paraphrase, "Only accurate barrels are interesting."
