Having shot Benchrest for 30 years. If you shoot brass in a min spec chamber with tight neck.You will not get any brass flow.There is no where for it to go. So your primer pockets will not loosen. Have shot Hunter Class for Score Matches and used 25 cases for the whole year,you reload between relays and rotate thru the brass and keep in order. With A Grendel case opening up to .297 after firing in A howa mini then resize neck down to 288-9 ,you can see your flexing the brass in sizing AND slowly it will flow forward,then primer pockets will loosen after so many shots....
