What they don't tell you is that "those beholden to the United States Code of Military Justice", includes anybody (soldier, worker, visitor) within the boundaries of a Military Reservation. If the person committing the crime has friends that have never been on the reservation but are just friends or relatives of the guilty person then they could say that the innocent people should have their guns confiscated too as they are related or friends so they are also a danger to the public. Very easy to move this law out into the civilian population with the right activist judge. Once they have their precedence then we get a new civilian red flag law without any approval from the public.
