I just emailed my RINO weasel House representative to let him know that I am very displeased with his "YEA" vote on the hidden Military Red Flag bill. I let him know that I would not be voting for him the next time he runs for office. I asked for his response on why he voted for it so it will be interesting to see what lie he makes up when/if he responds.
Here is the explanation of the law:
Quote:A provision in the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act would allow military courts to issue protective orders that include Red Flag gun confiscation, according to the more than 1,300-page bill.
In the legislation, those beholden to the United States Code of Military Justice could be issued a military court protective order by a military judge or magistrate, which would make possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm illegal.
A military court protective order issued on an ex parte basis shall restrain a person from possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm; and a military court protective order issued after the person to be subject to the order has received notice and opportunity to be heard on the order, shall restrain such person from possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm in accordance with section 922 of title 18, SEC. 529 of H.R. 4350 states.
Additionally, military court protective orders issued on an emergency basis are exempted from providing the recipient with the standard right to due process. Instead, notice and opportunity to be heard must only be provided after an order was already issued.
EMERGENCY ORDERS.A protective order on an emergency basis may be issued on an ex parte basis under such rules and limitations as the President shall prescribe, the section continues. In the case of ex parte orders, notice and opportunity to be heard and to present evidence must be provided within a reasonable time not to exceed 30 calendar days after the date on which the order is issued, sufficient to protect the respondents due process rights.
Gun Owners of America (GOA), a pro-Second Amendment gun rights advocacy group, warned the military gun confiscation orders could provide lawmakers with a precedent to extend the rule to the general population.
Like the proverbial camels nose in the tent, allowing this provision to remain in a bill pertaining to the military will eventually work its way into legislation applying to the rest of the population, GOA wrote. Thats why we need to raise our voices in unison against these gun confiscation orders.

What they don't tell you is that "those beholden to the United States Code of Military Justice", includes anybody (soldier, worker, visitor) within the boundaries of a Military Reservation. If the person committing the crime has friends that have never been on the reservation but are just friends or relatives of the guilty person then they could say that the innocent people should have their guns confiscated too as they are related or friends so they are also a danger to the public. Very easy to move this law out into the civilian population with the right activist judge. Once they have their precedence then we get a new civilian red flag law without any approval from the public.

When I was a young PFC in the Military District of Washington, Bill Clinton and his demon witch were in the White House, and initiated a similar campaign by using the military as their whipping post for pioneering more anti-Constitutional BS.
One of the measures they tried to enact was an order for all armed services members in MDW who lived off-post to register and store their POWs in the arms rooms.
I remember being called in to see the 1SG and CO since my NCOs knew I had POWs.
I flat out told them with all due respect that these were unconstitutional orders, and how the hell did they let it get this far down the chain?
They put their heads down with no real response. I think my 1SG had the same perspective, but the CO and spineless officer community just went along with everything because they were more concerned about their careers and retirement than any principles the Nation was founded on.
Principled men are prevented from developing in the school system for the most part, trained to conform and not rock the boat, as it heads down the river towards the waterfall.
The NRA stepped in on that POW registration attempt and it got shot down, went away and we never heard of it again. Clinton put emphasis into the 1994 Crime Bill right around that time anyway, which incorporated the basic framework of Diane Feinswines and CA AWB for what we now know as the Clinton AWB.
Big tech keeps track of everything anyway with all your CC purchases, online transactions, data-sharing from NICS to 3rd parties via backdoor violations, but the Biden-su WH is just pushing the same communist takeover approach that has been used throughout the history of commies.

Privately-owned firearms were very popular in Russia since Russia has a history of hunting and thievery that spans centuries. The Bolshevik 1918 law banned everything except....shotguns for rural farmers.
