So, you dont want to actually buy one, just use your friends if there is a perceived problem.
I.e. use somebody else's! Got it! Around here we call that being cheap! That may work a couple of times, then everybody figures it out, then youre ignored. Nobody likes a titewad! 
You do know theyre only about $50 now?
