SAKO/Tikka doesn't always get it right. I had a TRG with a ridge in the chamber that would mark brass on the web, looked like head separation. I have never seen marks down the bore like you have. SAKO/Tikka does have a facility in Maryland aligned with Beretta; the US distributor.
