Probably not wise to start with that. I think I'd want to know exactly where the lands are and how much "setback" it would take to mechanically clear. Then I'd pull some loads and measure the powder charge, likely reducing the charge by some percentage and work it up to establish a safe load, much like if I were developing a new reload.
I think just seating 0.050" deeper is more risky with factory ammo being that there are more unknowns than there would be if you worked up a normal reload.
