AR10 flat wire spring....TOO much????

I have 2 builds with Strike Industries flat wire springs. Both builds are AR10 (.308/6.5 Creedmoor). I do prefer them to standard buffer springs in that format. However, this is just my opinion, I don’t feel it’s necessary in the Grendel. No experience with the Tubbs. With the scenario you’re trying to explain an adjustable gas block will let you fine tune. You could go JP silent capture but again I don’t think it’s necessary.
