For my last BCG, I waited for AIM Surplus to send me info when a 223 NB BCG came in stock and got that.
For the bolt, I was either getting a barrel that came with a Grendel bolt, or using BFT/65Arms bolt.
So find 6 sites, sign up for stock info, and grab a 223 BCG when you can and treat the bolt as a seperate exercise.
