Grendel mag issue fix

This is a very common problem with the original C Products and when ASC took over production the problem still occurs. The metal thickness or rigidity of the CP/ASC mags appear less than the current CPD or E-Lander 6.5 Grendel mags. The ASC mags are usually the cheapest but unfortunately lemons slip through with all three brands. I’ve never used a D&H ten round mag or a polymer Amend2 6.5 Grendel mag. There have been a few reports of QC issues with the Amend2 mags.

Glad you got your mags figured out. Part of the learning curve with the 6.5 Grendel.

It’s an easy fix especially for the price. Magazines are the Achilles heel for 6.5 Grendel. I do not understand why Grendel mags can be so hit or miss. It’s still worth it for such a well performing round.
