Took it out and shot it this afternoon. Took an annoying number of rounds to get it sighted in, but finally got it where I wanted it.
I wound up getting a set of absolute co-witness rings for the scope. With those on, my eye naturally fell in just the right spot.
The PSA upper was seriously overgassed: the adjusting screw was 6 turns out, and when I was done, it was about 2-1/2 turns out.
Shoots fine. I'm happy.
