I like the Midwest Industries Ultra Light weight 15 (MI-ULW15). Fits your requirements but they're around $259. They use a titanium barrel nut and eliminate the full length picatinny with enough rail to mount a front BUIS. Add 3 slot mlok rail sections for a light and bipod and you're gtg.
Not being familiar with your AA upper, just check to make sure it's compatible. If it's a forged upper, should work fine.
Round or octagonal is mostly personal preference. The MI I mentioned is octagonal. If you prefer round, just add their handguard cover sections where you want them to round it out.
I run one on a DMR with the hand guard sections and rail section for my bipod, really like it. Others will chime in with offerings that may be better suited to what budget you have in mind.
