I think its more panic buying and/or assembling any other caliber but ARC.
Do you really think that many people are going nuts ordering parts to build ARC with all the plentiful varieties of ammo to buy for it?
Or is it the fact the just about every barrel vendor has an ARC barrel in stock and ready to ship?
For some reason, I think there is a metric poop ton more people assembling any other caliber but ARC who are buying stuff now. At home, not much else to do, etc.
Or, given corona times causing all sorts of slowdowns in parts productions, toolcraft the one who makes the most bolts used by other AR manufacturers, is swamped filling those contracts over others.
We have seen panic buying across the entire spectrum of essentials this past 3 months, and in the firearms world but ... if the BCGs are out of stock, it must be because of ARC!
